Is it really free?+
Yes. Guilds with up to 10 members and 3 boss timers are free forever — no credit card required. Pro ($6.99/mo) and Elite ($12.99/mo) unlock more members, unlimited timers, DKP features, and more.
What games are supported?+
Any MMORPG. We have 21 popular titles pre-listed (World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, Black Desert Online, Lost Ark, and more), but you can add any game when creating your guild.
How do I upgrade or cancel?+
Upgrades and cancellations are handled manually. Join our Discord community, open a support ticket, and we'll take care of it — usually within the same day.
What happens to my guild data if I downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. Your timers, events, members, and DKP history are all preserved. Features that require a higher plan become locked until you re-upgrade.
Can I have multiple guilds?+
Yes. You can create or join as many guilds as you want. Each guild has its own plan — useful if you lead guilds in different games.
How do boss alerts work?+
On Elite, boss spawn alerts are posted automatically to a Discord channel you configure via webhook. No bots required — just paste your channel webhook URL in guild settings.
Can players apply to join a guild?+
Yes, on Pro and Elite plans. Set your guild to public and players can submit an application. Leaders and officers review and approve from the dashboard.
